The Fort Mill School District on Thursday, March 5, canceled school for students at Flint Hill Elementary for Friday, March 6, after a second chemical spill at Silfab Solar this week.
Salisbury police said the three people responsible in a white Toyota Corolla, fled the scene. They have not been caught.
