INDIANAPOLIS – A crash on I-65 northbound slowed traffic on the northwest side of Indianapolis Wednesday morning. According to the Indiana Department of Transportation, two left lanes were blocked between 56th Street and Exit 123 (I-465). The crash involved a semi truck, INDOT said.
